Q. How long have you been in business?
A. We've been in dry cleaning and laundry business for over 25 years.
Q. Are you insured?
A. Yes, we are fully licensed and insured. Plus renewable certifications for dry cleaning, installation, and odor removal.
Q. Why is cleaning on site better than traditional off site dry cleaning?
A. There many reasons. Having your fabrics dry in place is always safer and better for the appearance of your window treatments. Our cleaning process is far more gentle than being tossed and twisted in a cleaning drum at a traditional dry cleaning plant. Take-down and re-installing is avoided, plus your windows are not left undressed for days or even weeks as you wait. The fabric usually does not go through an intense heating or drying process. In fact our process is so safe that we can guarantee no shrinkage or damage. Traditional dry cleaners can not do that.
Q. Am I required to sign a contract?
A.Before a cleaning appointment is set. our technician will do a free pre-inspect to not only provide an accurate quote, but also to check the integrity of the product and installation. At that time anticipated results will be discussed and your appointment agreed upon.
Q. Do I need to be at home when the cleaners are there?
A. No, many of our clients leave while we work..
Q. Are your employees trustworthy?
A. Yes, You will be dealing directly with the owner through the whole process.
Q. Can my scheduled cleaning be changed or cancelled if an emergency comes up?
A. Yes, call our office as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Q. What if I am unhappy with the service I receive?
A. If you are still not satisfied, we aren't. We usually hear "we are so glad we found you".
Q. What if our shades need repairs?
A. Another benefit to our pre-inspection appointment is discussing repairs and installation issues. Our technician is a Hunter Douglas certified installer and can repair most issues. Most cleaning can not be done correctly without repairs being done first.
Q. How do I pay for my cleaning?
A. We accept cash, checks, credit card payments.
Q. What do I need to do about my pets?
A. Not a problem! If you have pets, it's probably best to put skittish animals in another room while we are working – especially while running the vacuum based equipment.
Q. Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
A. We provide everything we need to clean your home.We use professional grade eco-friendly chemicals.
Do your employees speak English?
A. Yes, all of our employees are fluent in reading and writing English to ensure effective communication between us and our clients.
Q. What do I do if I need extra work done?
A. If the schedule allows, we are eager to process other items during our cleaning appointment. An advance call is helpful because separate equipment or extra chemical may be required.
Are your cleaning products safe?
Yes. We are a Licensed Green Earth dry cleaner, most every thing we use is VOC free. Most of our products and services are water or oxygen based. We use no Chlorine, flourine, or amonia based products. Even our water is highly filtered.
